Making a Reservation
To reserve one of our properties please complete and sign the booking form and return it together with your payment of the initial deposit (25% of the total rental due). This should reach us within 5 working days of booking. Following receipt of your booking form and deposit, we will send you a confirmation email, which constitutes our formal acceptance of your booking.
Payment Of Balance
The balance of the rent is payable not less than 60 days before the start of the rental period. If payment is not received by this date, we reserve the right to give notice in writing that the reservation is cancelled. You will remain liable to pay the balance of the rent unless we are able to re-let the property. Reservations made within 60 days of the start of the rental period require full payment at the time of booking.
For bookings of between 1-2 weeks we ask for a damage deposit of €500. For bookings of longer than two weeks we require a deposit of €1,000. This is payable 60 days prior to your arrival. It is fully refundable within fourteen (14) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met: no damage has been done to the property or its contents (including the swimming pool and any technical equipment), beyond normal wear and tear; no charges have been incurred due to damage by pets; no linen has been lost or damaged (including by fake tan); no early check-in or late check-out has taken place without prior agreement; no subletting has occurred; no neighbours have been subjected to unreasonable or excessive noise.
Up to 8 weeks, no cancellation charge. 4-8 weeks, 50% of rate refunded. 2-4 weeks, 25% of rate refunded. Less than two weeks – no refund. In the unlikely event that Mas De Rosemarie has to cancel your booking, we will give you a full refund. We recommend that you take out suitable travel insurance for the duration of their trip.
Arrival & Departure Times
We kindly request that you do not arrive before 4pm on the day that your rental period starts. In order to have time to get your property ready for our next guests, we adopt a strict departure time of 10am on the day of departure.
You are responsible for the safe keeping of your belongings and vehicles during your stay. Neither Le Mas De Rosemarie, nor its management, can be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred during your stay. Your house should be kept locked when not occupied. Smoking is not permitted inside the houses.
Unfortunately we are unable to welcome pets at Le Mas De Rosemarie. However, in case you have a problem with allergies, you should be aware that three pet cats live on the premises.
Mas De Rosemarie operates a strict no smoking policy.
Because Mas De Rosemarie is a hamlet of four houses that are located in close proximity to each other we would ask you to be considerate to your neighbours. Please keep noise to a minimum. No loud music after 11pm please.
We are delighted to welcome children to Mas De Rosemarie, but we would ask that parents keep their children supervised at all times, particularly by the pool. We kindly ask parents to ensure that their children keep noise to a reasonable level so not to disturb other guests. Parents are fully responsible for ensuring the safety of their children whilst on the premises, in particular when in the pool area.
A mid-week clean can be arranged should you require it at a rate of €20 per hour. Please let us know at the time of booking if this is required. Should your stay be longer than a week, Le Mas De Rosemarie will arrange for your house to be cleaned ever Saturday until the end of your stay. This includes to provision of fresh sheets and towels.
Subletting & Numbers
We are very happy for you to welcome friends and family to Mas de Rosemarie. However, we do not allow numbers in the houses to exceed those agreed at the time of booking. Neither do we allow any form of subletting. Our contract is with the party who signs the T&C’s at the time of booking. Should you choose to authorise another party to use the house it will be at your own risk. You will be responsible for the care and maintenance of the property as well as any damage incurred by a third party.
Le Mas De Rosemarie is not liable for any temporary defect or stoppage in the supply of public services to any of its properties. Mas De Rosemarie is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury, which might result from adverse weather conditions, riot, war, strikes, or other matters beyond our control. Neither is Mas De Rosemarie liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience, caused in the unlikely event that one of our properties is destroyed, or substantially damaged, before the start of the rental period. In any such event, we would the owners shall, within 7 days of notification to the Client, refund to the Client all sums previously paid in respect of the rental period. Under no circumstances shall the Owners’ liability to the Client exceed the amount paid to the owner for the rental period.
